Our Sport:
Table Tennis is one of the most popular sports in the world, the sport was included in the summer Olympics since 1988 and everyone will be able to see it in action at this year’s Olympics in Japan.
Like many sports, it was first played in the 1800’s Victorian times, England.
There are many health benefits of playing Table Tennis including hand-eye coordination, stimulating mental alertness, concentration and improving reflexes.
